I installed the free download manager
It's supposed to work with mediafire and Free rapidshare
but all it downloads is 10kb of the file and stops

Mediafire is slow like rapidshare and Star downloader don't work with it |

The DownThemAll extension for firefox is good. Any host can be slow at times. If it's all the time, then I would guess it's your connection. Check your network usage to get an idea of if you're reaching the max speeds. I've reached 30Mbps downloading from both RS and Mediafire. Also uploading while trying to download will slow down the dl speed with DSL and cable. |
