Don't know about version 1.1, but I had to download Microsoft Frame Network 2.0 to get some encoders to work. Just google search Microsoft Frame Network, and you'll get all the info you need. |

Yes, the program is a .NET program, the .NET Framework is required. I have the both the 1.1 and 2.0 Framework on my machine but the 1.1 should do the trick.
