I downloaded a fitness hour from QVC UK and there's 2 minutes of it I want to upload so I can post it. Does anyone know of any simple applications that will grab the segment and save it as a video file? Thanks in advance. |

If you use wm recorder to capture the shows you can also use it to split the best scenes or you can use windows moviemaker |
