I have had Verizon phone and internet for years and I use my Verizon email account for important emails. I am moving soon and the landlord at my new apartment has Wi-Fi, so I will be ending my Verizon phone/internet account. However I have thousands of emails (many important) on my Verizon server that I would like to keep. Is there a way to save all those Verizon emails at once to my computer? Or transfer them to another server so that I would still be able to view them after my Verizon account becomes inactive? Any help or guidance would be appreciated. :Kool

I used a program years ago called MailStore Home to backup my emails.

From what I remember you sign into it with your email credentials and it will archive copies of your emails to you computer. It had filters by sender and date as well.

I think I last used version 3 or 4 (like I said, long time since I used it) but looks like they're up to version 9.8 now so I'd give that a try.

If you are running Windows 10 the built in email program will d/l via POP3 all the messages on the server.
