It depends. Which websites/videos are you trying to download?

Different sites, different streaming videos, so no one tool will download any video. We'd need to see what videos specifically you're trying to download so we can help suggest a download program that might work.

Internet Download Manager can rip videos from most websites.

If you're a Firefox user, that video should be easily downloaded with the Video DownloadHelper add-on. :Thumb

Initially I was wondering if it was a more difficult video to download, which would have required Internet Download Manager (as bigbird mentioned). Video DownloadHelper will download almost any video, but anything it can't download usually can be downloaded with IDM. However, IDM is not free.
