Can anyone with a Mac recommend a capture device?

I have an old EYETV HD model that works, but the picture isn't as clear as some of the other cappers I see.

I would like to improve the quality of my vids and am looking for recommendations.

I've never owned a Mac, but I managed to help a user 5 years ago get started just based on my own experience with tuners and capture devices. That went well, but honestly I think I just got lucky with that user.

Any consideration on getting the Hauppauge HD-PVR 2? There's third-party software for it that allows it to work on a Mac.

I use a SiliconDust HDHomeRun network dual tuner + EyeTV software.
