While it's not a plug-in, I always use the website KeepVId for saving YouTube videos.

It wasn't working for me, I kept trying and re-opening firefox and it worked. |

I installed flash video downloader youtube downloader  they fixed Download Helper on Sunday

I have DVD VideoSoft's YouTube downloader, and DVDVidioSoft usually has to upgrade their software because YouTube changes something in their videos so the downloads don't work. |
