I cannot open my email photos! :Bang

Have a Windows Vista HP laptop with Norton Internet Security 2011 (Norton opens my photos)

When I open my Attachment email, I click on the thumbnail and get the Virus Scan dialogue box
After the scan is complete, there is supposed to be a 2nd box asking to "Open, Save, Cancel" (this box NEVER appears anymore!)

help... :(

Best to clean out your system and hope for the best.
Besides, the best program you should try in the future is AVG.
