I've been having a lot of problems of late playing various videos. What video players seem to work best for everybody? HD videos seem to be the hardest for me. I have vlc, mpg, RP, WMP, Divx, and yet a good number of videos are skipping or not playing at all. Sometimes they call for codecs and so on. Are there ones I should get? Having trouble with mpeg-2TS it would appear. Never really looked at which files I had trouble with. Except for the HD ones.

I downloaded the K-Lite Codec Pack. That seems to have fix some problems. Sometimes the videos are still stop and go. Is there something better out there?

How old is your computer? The older processors may not be able to handle the newer HD type vids. :Kool

No more than 3 years old. Anyway, things are doing better with the new set of codecs that I got but still some jumpiness.
