This may sound dumb but how do you continue a topic w/ new posts after people have replied to an initial post, whereas you can add new content after the first set of replies

I think I know what you're asking. You would just hit the "edit" button at the bottom of the post. There is a limit to the amount of characters you can use in a post though eventually you won't be able to add any more unless you reply on the thread with a new post.

So you can just reply to your own posts and add new material Makes sense.

That's what I do. :Kool

Then edit the subject line on the original post (1st post in the thread) with the updated date. The only downside is posts in the middle of the thread don't get as many views, but you don't have the problem of one long post in the beginning taking forever to load. And of course the max character limit.
