Just got a laptop with Win Vista, and I found out that BID doesn't work with Vista. Anybody got any information on this?

It DOES work! 
I must have been working with a bad Dwnload.... What I did was delete the Prgm, and re-installed it, getting the latest upgrade! Thx for the heads-up!
