I'd like to thank both teams. They once were in the same league. They now will meet. I have been in both cities. May the best team win, Rooting for Atlanta because they have Soler, who was out with Covid, but has returned. Kansas City traded him the day of trading deadline. But Astros have former KC pitcher Zach Greinke who won the Cy Young with Royals in 2009. Zach has been on four teams. Also Braves have Will Smith the pitcher. He was on Royals around 2013. KC converted him to relief after he failed as starter. He had the honor of pitching against Will Smith the hitter on Dodgers. First time two guys with same name pitched and hit against each other. Then he pitched the winning 9th in game 6.

Although I'm a big baseball fan, I just couldn't get fully invested in this year's series. I was kinda rooting for the Braves since they're the NL team, but I kinda wanted Dusty to finally get a ring as a manager. I guess it was all about momentum and adjusting to the tribulations the season gives you. Congrats to Atlanta.

Now all I can do is hope the Giants can do something even remotely as good as they did this past season... without Buster.
