AFC South/Wild Cards
Miami @ Buffalo
Miami can clinch a playoff spot with a win or a loss from either Baltimore, Cleveland, or Indianapolis. If they tie, either Baltimore, Cleveland, or Indianapolis can tie, or Tennessee can lose.
Baltimore @ Cincinnati
Baltimore can clinch a playoff spot with a win or a loss from either Cleveland or Indianapolis. If they tie, either Miami or Tennessee can lose, or either Cleveland or Indianapolis can tie.
Cleveland @ Pittsburgh
Cleveland can clinch a playoff spot with a win or an Indianapolis loss. If they tie, either Baltimore, Miami, or Tennessee have to lose, or Indianapolis can tie, or a Tennessee tie and Baltimore and Miami both winning. If they lose, Tennessee has to lose, and neither Miami nor Baltimore can lose.
Jacksonville @ Indianapolis
Indianapolis can clinch a playoff spot with a win and a loss or tie from Baltimore, Cleveland, or Miami. If they tie, any one of the three aforementioned teams has to lose.
Indianapolis can clinch the AFC South with a win and a Tennessee loss or tie. If they tie, Tennessee has to lose. Indianapolis will be eliminated with a loss.
Tennessee @ Houston
Tennessee can clinch a playoff spot with a tie and either a Cleveland loss or either Baltimore or Miami tying. If they lose, either Baltimore or Miami have to lose.
Tennessee can clinch the AFC South with a win or an Indianapolis loss, or if both teams tie.
NFC Homefield
Green Bay @ Chicago
Green Bay can clinch homefield with a win or tie or a Seattle loss or tie.
New Orleans @ Carolina
New Orleans can clinch homefield with a win, a Green Bay loss, and a Seattle win.
Seattle @ San Francisco
Seattle can clinch homefield with a win, a Green Bay loss, and a New Orleans loss or tie.
NFC Wild Cards
Arizona @ Los Angeles
Winner is in. Chicago clinches with a win or if Los Angeles wins. If ARI/LAR ends tied, Los Angeles is in, but Arizona would need Chicago to lose.
NFC East
Dallas @ New York Washington @ Philadelphia
Washington clinches the NFC East with a win. If they tie, Dallas cannot win.
DAL/NYG winner clinches the NFC East if Washington loses the season finale. If DAL/NYG ends and Washington loses, Dallas clinches the NFC East.
