"It's Vegas baby, VEGAAAAAAAAAAAAAS."

On Monday morning, many people from the CBS Sports, CBS News, and Paramount divisions in their entertainment field had a joint announcement--the likes of which I have never seen (outside of maybe the Olympics on NBC and their various Comcast owned properties.)

https://awfulannouncing.com/cbs/super-bowl-lviii-on-location-shows.html

Besides the usual 24/7 coverage during Super Bowl week on the sports side (along with ESPN and the NFL Network bringing their brands of coverage all week long)--but highlighting things in particular to this site, there will be several programs that will be on location (presumably recording bits along The Strip, The Sphere, around other entertainment venues--one must think :) . Live shows, there are plenty of venues to go around, for those of who attended any music residency act or attended one of the hundreds of boxing events through the decades can certainly relate.

Anyways, this is what their Paramount Press Express release mentioned about their variety of talk shows and other non-sports related programs being on-site in "The Gambling/Entertainment Capital of The World"--starting on Monday, February 5:

THE TALK – CBS’ Daytime Emmy Award-winning talk show will broadcast live Monday through Friday. Hosts Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Natalie Morales, Jerry O’Connell and Sheryl Underwood will welcome celebrity guests and highlight the happenings in Vegas.

THE DREW BARRYMORE SHOW – Hosted by Drew Barrymore, the show will tape “Drew’s News” and field segments throughout the week leading up to the Super Bowl.

ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT – The Emmy-winning entertainment news show, hosted by Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner, will be with all the stars in Sin City leading up to and after the game.

INSIDE EDITION – The daily, syndicated newsmagazine, hosted by Deborah Norville, will originate from Las Vegas leading up to the game.

The programming schedules for each show will be released at a later date.

CBS EVENING NEWS WITH NORAH O’DONNELL CBS Evening News anchor and managing editor Norah O’Donnell will broadcast live from Las Vegas, bringing viewers all the action from Super Bowl LVIII, including the latest breaking news from across the country.

CBS MORNINGS – CBS’ award-winning morning news program will broadcast live from location in Las Vegas on Thursday and Friday, delivering original reporting, breaking news, top-level newsmaker interviews and artful storytelling with co-hosts Gayle King, Tony Dokoupil and Nate Burleson.

CBS SATURDAY MORNINGCBS Saturday Morning will be live from Las Vegas, with co-host Dana Jacobson on-site.

Other sports shows will dominate the schedule, which all will lead up to the 4 1/2 hour SUPER BOWL TODAY pregame show, with the world famous fountains at the Bellagio serving as the backdrop.

I have not seen anywhere in Las Vegas they will be taping the show, so my best for everyone is to stay tuned when it airs in your local area.

If you miss any of the episodes, no worries--just either check out cbs.com or search for "The Talk" on YouTube and find the date.
