Another national holiday means, you guessed it--another pre-recorded show.
This time, it was Labor Day Power Hour
I only managed to catch the first 5 or so minutes, but there are some rather interesting products worth researching to keep/get your body in great physical shape:

- Toney Bands Walking Weights, it is like carrying a small weight on your wrists. Even better--they light up at night, glowing a bright orange (at least, that's what I noticed in some recorded footage.
