She was with the Worldwide Leader since 2007:

SC Report anchor Michelle Steele (no relation) has taken over the noon Eastern time slot alongside Matt Barrie.

Wishing Sage best of luck in her next endeavors. As for the 12pm SportsCenter, I think Shae Cornette or Hannah Storm or Victoria Arlen would be a perfect fit to replace Sage Steele on the noon show.

Honestly, she should have been fired in 2017. She talks about speaking freely when she complained about protesters in an airport prior to the 2017 layoffs.

Also there was that big-time controversy over some comments she made about former President Donald Trump.

It is detailed in the article that I posted in the link above.

I think that was President Obama. She is a right winger and would never speak negatively of trump.

Probably some BS how ESPN "violated" her first amendment right even though Sage Steele didn't give a :censor to others for expressing their first amendment rights

During her appearance with Megyn Kelly, she explained how scared she was in returning from her suspension and speaking out about her reluctance to taking the COVID-19 vaccine, among other juicy topics.

The podcast lasts 2 hours and 20 minutes, so buckle up and enjoy:

Sparks were flying in this episode, but it lasted not as long as Megyn Kelly with a whopping 2 1/2 hour interview:

Here is a short article on why longtime Head Coach Nick Saban is so selective on people he brings to the Tuscaloosa campus:

Why do we need four Sage Steele threads?
Can’t you or a moderator put all this stuff in the original Sage Steele thread?

Admin Edit: Threads merged :Thumb

Never backing down from controversy, even when a major newsmaker is dead. I don't get it.

The only reason I figured on doing this was two-fold:

1. Different forum, different topic.
2. One podcast was the length of a feature film, while the guy who barely takes time to breathe between words in one Stephen A. Smith talked for a whole 9 minute in saying "She remains a friend."

In terms of this context, if they wish to combine a few of these posts into one or two threads--I have zero problems with that. I only did this considering the firestorm that was happening, even before her anti-COVID stance became public.

Let's be honest, Sage got mouthy and got let go. The same thing happened to Michelle Beadle and Jemele Hill and last time I checked, both have opposite views of Sage. Plus, Michelle and Jemele didn't sue ESPN.
