Robin and her cohosts will be paid for the reminder of their contracts. Some likely have years remaining. I'd guess Robin's last contract was for approx 3 years but no telling where she was in that term. Georgia doesn't have any minimum severance requirement, but the standard would be for the salaried employees w/o contracts to receive 10 weeks plus an additional week for every 6 or 12 months of service.
I agree it's odd she and Jen both waited nearly 2 months to clean out their offices. I can't think of why that'd be
