A small time lapse video of what debuted tonight. It's been feeling like every newscast has been filmed in a broom closet while the set has been under construction. http://fb.watch/9KkBl1YSKt/ One thing I like is that the anchors are going to be standing behind the desk. And they have an interactive touch screen. Which means quite a few possibilities for seeing anchors walking to it. And the weather desk is in close proximity to the anchor desk. No longer are we seeing the weather personnel behind the anchors. And they have a monitor built right into the desk at the weather center. They also brought back the old school camera angle of being able to see the weather people just off to the right of the anchors. The Living In The Heart Of Virginia set has also changed. Two big couches, without a ton of stuff blocking the anchors legs like it did before. |
