So 2022 is few weeks from now, so here are my too early predictions for 2022:

ESPN hires Alexa Datt from MLB Network/NHL Network and join SportsCenter as anchor.

SportsCenter shuffle: Kelsey Riggs promote to 6pm show with Kevin Negandhi (she'll remain on ACC Network for All ACC, In Play, and some sideline work), Nicole Briscoe and Randy Scott on SportsCenter AM everyday, Elle Duncan return to 12pm show with Matt Barrie, Ashley Brewer host SportsCenter LA solo.

Molly McGrath join SportsCenter LA as anchor.

MLB Network/NHL Network welcome back Kelly Nash and hire Erika Wachter as studio host, Quick Pitch will have four hosts Heidi Watney, Kelly Nash, Lauren Gardner, and Erika Wachter for 2022 MLB season (if there's no lockout).

NFL Network promotes Jane Slater and Sara Walsh to studio hosts for GMFB and NFL Now respectively.

E! brings back E! News and The Daily 10 with new hosts and correspondents.

Kristine Leahy return to TV and join Access Hollywood as host/correspondent.

Shannon Spake and Kaitlyn Vincie return to NASCAR Race Hub as studio hosts.

Melanie Collins join We Need to Talk for CBS Sports and join Entertainment Tonight as fill-in host/correspondent.

Rachel Nichols returns to TV and join NBA TV as studio host.

Nancy O'Dell and Kay Adams host People (The TV Show) from NY and LA.

Danielle Trotta return to TV and join ACC Network as studio host.

Katie Osborne return to PowerNation and moving the program to USA Network and Peacock.

Erin Andrews join GMA as co-host.

Tracy Wolfson join CBS Mornings as correspondent.

Some I doubt like Molly moving back to LA, Elle leaving the 6 PM SC, and Rachel going back to Time Warner (OK that's 50-50, EJ isn't getting any younger). Some I agree with like Erin Andrews in GMA. I would like to see Kelsey full-time at SC and ESPN/ACC either getting another Kelsey (Wingert) or Danielle Trotta.

E! News and The Daily 10 are more than likely not coming back.

I hate to burst your bubble but Alexa is going to Bally Sports Midwest, she announced on her IG page.
