Then announces she is leaving at the end of the month on her social media. I'll admit this sucks. She's one of my favorite anchors in the area. WTSP already lost a few people and will be without one of their biggest stars. Unsure who will replace her, would they go in-house with Courtney Robinson or another anchor/reporter or split the morning crew for the noon hour and the evening crew for 5 to 6:30 PM or hire outside which they will have some time to do. Her future plans are unknown other than staying in the area. Us in the viewing audience were lucky because she could have left sooner. Her husband who was a sports anchor and later pursued another career died of cancer in 2015 and she missed months before coming back. |
