What started as part of my year-end recap in 1999 has now become, 20 years later, a summer and fall institution: SEXIEST WOMAN OF 2019!!!

Last year's was one for the books, as Allison Janney became the first to win Sexiest Woman and the Oscar in the same year, as well as its oldest winner in history (at age 59). This year, 90 ladies have one goal in mind: to deny Janney a repeat title; starting with the Juniors, they are:
