They should be called female meteorologists, like Ginger Zee, Stephanie Abrams, Dylan Dreyer, Amy Freeze, Tammie Souza, Cheryl Scott, Kaitlin Cody, etc.

That is why they all get paid so handsomely--whenever they get the forecasts wrong, all they could say is weather is not a perfect science. :)
