Wednesday night, I made the big announcement live on social media that many of you have waited some time for:
After a 1 1/2 year hiatus...the annual Sexiest Woman of the Year poll is coming back!!!!!
And why is that? For one thing (election aftermath, perhaps?), "Esquire" couldn't name somebody as their "Sexiest Woman Alive" for 2016. Also...since I originally discontinued the poll in 2015, there has been a whole new crop of hotties to whet our appetite to.
I also delivered the first bits of news: Instead of 120 ladies, we'll be starting with 90 once again (30 Juniors, 30 Seniors, 30 Leftovers (formerly Underdogs)), and headlining the field after her big Oscar triumph this past Sunday: Emma Stone! In addition...Sophia Bush, Hilary Duff, and Julianne Hough will be all carried over from 2014 and will meet the remaining field in Rounds 3, 4 and the finals respectively.
I'll unveil the starters in May with Round 1 to get underway in June.

That's amazing news! Hoping for celebs, sportscasters, models, etc. for Sexiest Woman soon. It's been a while though.
