With Robin Meade celebrating her 15th year on HLN/CNN, I was wondering is there any other female news reporter/anchor that have been on the same national news network for as long? Only Alex Witt and Chris Jansing both with MSNBC been with their network longer (both in the late 1990's) and after Robin, Christi Paul joined HLN/CNN in 2003. After that, I doubt anyone else has been their as long as those four ladies has but I could be wrong.

The only ones who have been at Fox since it started are Lauren Green, Uma Pemmeraju and Catherine Herridge
Sue Herera has been at CNBC since it started in 1989 :Kool

PAB has been with Fox since 2000. Lauren Green was FNC's first hire in 1996.

Yep, that's correct, Brianna Keilar joined CNN in 2006. For comparison, Kate Bolduan (CNN's youngest anchor at 33) joined in 2007, and Brooke Baldwin joined in 2008.

Carol Costello came to CNN a month after Robin Meade in October 2001.

JJ Ramberg has been with MSNBC for 10 years :
http://www.mediaite.com/tv/the-anchor-t ... her-woman/

Judy Woodruff is in her second stint at PBS, now at 11 years, but had been there for several years earlier,
left and came back in 2005.

And if we're not strictly limiting it to just news networks, then as far as I know,
Barbara Walters shatters all other records --
She joined ABC after leaving NBC in 1976, and has been through about every phase
you can think of -- News anchor, correspondent, host of 20/20, host of the View, and
tons of her interview specials. So since she's still on their payroll and contributing now and then,
her run at ABC now stands at 40 years as of this year.

I doubt we'll see anything like that much again, considering how the business and media's
changed. It's possible that 20 or 30 years from now, a face or two might still be where they
are now, but it won't be common.

Kate is three years younger than Brianna and four years younger than Brooke.

I forgot that ESPN had Linda Cohn and Chris McKendry for over 20 years now and on the Weather Channel that Stephanie Abrams has been for 13 years.

What about Hannah Storm on ESPN? She's been there for 8 years now. Sara Walsh has been there for 6 years, Lindsay Czarniak for 5 years, Jade McCarthy for 4 years, Jaymee Sire for 3 years just to name a few. As for The Weather Channel, Maria LaRosa has been there for 6 years, Alex Wilson for 3 years, Jen Carfagno for 16 years.

It'll be officially 40 years for Walters on October 4, and her $1 million salary when she joined was a big deal back then: $500,000 for her co-anchor gig (with Harry Reasoner) plus an additional $500,000 for her specials.

The pairing of Walters and Reasoner proved to be a disaster (Walter Cronkite was still #1 at the time); by 1978, Harry was back at CBS while Barbara would stay at ABC for the long haul.

I mean ladies who are at their current jobs for a least a decade though Jen at TWC for 16 years is a nice additional (and a year longer than Robin).
