Best way to try figuring it out is to work backwards...

What's the filename? Sometimes a clue in there.
Where or what site did you get it from?

There's no match for it on Google image search, so that's all there is to go on.

No, not Milla. I'm pretty sure that is an actress from the 70s. I want to say a French actress. I know I've seen her before.

I'm pretty sure its set in Europe, beginning of clip shows outside of a building and the cars look European and old. So Its probably in the late 70s is my guess

So you have the clip? Or you mean you found the clip somewhere online?
Well, then it's still a matter of where you found it -- was it YouTube?
Or just a random site that doesn't mention what film the clip came from?

Fill in some of those blanks, and it may be easier to figure out than you think.
