As announced in April, she departed Bloomberg to head for MSNBC --

In fact, according to her Twitter, today (Monday 5/9) is her first day there.

Didn't Bloomberg build a whole new morning show around her just a few months ago? Bloomberg is bleeding quality female anchors/reporters.

Saw it on FTVLive a few weeks and it's official: Steph will be Erica Hill's replacement on Saturday Today: she will still double duty on MSNBC also

here some new news on her. she was on Saturday show and telling her story why she left Bloomberg. she said she wanted to do something new. since doing same market job for past 20 or more years. it was time for a change. also want to be able to spend more time with family too. having to get to work at 4am morring for so long made it trying out to her since had.

Well that didn't last long. Wonder how long until she gets pushed off at MSNBC and demoted to CNBC.

Quote:
Sources tell FTVLive that Ruhle was not popular with her colleagues or with management at Today. "A real pain in the a$$," the source said. "Andy Lack used to be the top guy at Bloomberg so he personally hired her for NBC to follow him...I think that's why she had a large string at first but just rubbed so many people the wrong way," the source added.

I knew it. :jetserl
