I don't think it's just you. It still varies from day to day, but it seems like hemlines are higher and the cleavage is more frequent. Is it because:

1) Higher viewership during election cycle -- keep 'em coming back once the election is over?
2) Competition for the F&F opening -- doubtful or that it's been a conscientious effort, but it seems like Anna and Heather ramped up their game a bit?
3) Spring is coming; time to start dressing the part!

My two pennies:

For me "dressing sexier" would mean adopting the wardrobe styles of Barbara Bermudo and Pamela Silvia-Conde of Univsion. The first time any female dressed up like that would set off the WTF-meter nationwide, Ailes and Murdoch would both have heart attacks, and then said anchor and the wardrobe tech involved would eat a couple weeks' unpaid suspension.

That being said, that's a lot of legs and arms to be showing during a NYC winter.
