It's a start this show needs to be completely restaffed in my opinion. I'm for either Ainsley, Anna or KG either will be an asset to the show.

E. D. Hill gets her own show, they hire Gretchen Carlson from CBS
Gretchen Carlson gets her own, they hire Elisabeth Hasselbeck from ABC
Notice a trend :TickTock

Kiran Chetry and Alyssa Camerota where ones you should have gotten it, instead they hired an outsider.
Anna, Ainsely, HeatherN, Kimberly, etc... will be fill-ins till they hire an outsider.

If they had given it to Alisyn they wouldn't be looking for a new host right now but I don't think it will go to Ainsely because it's just seems they are using rotating hosts until she comes back from maternity leave

While I'd love to see Alisyn Camerota return or moving Gretchen back, I have a feeling Anna may get it and that is A-OK with me.

I'm sure they don't regret their decision. She was there over two years and was a pretty good host and it seemed like she got along with everyone. There were even rumors that they were begging her to stay. Not sure if that was true but I don't think she was fired.
Alisyn got what she wanted too, if anybody misses her she's on CNN

Never happen. Doocy and Kilmeade are Ailes's lapdogs.

I don't doubt that at all. Elisabeth was the perfect third to go with them.

This may not be connected, but I have to wonder if the parody on
this weekend's Saturday Night Live helped prompt her decision ---

The SNL season has barely started, and it's like the 3rd time this fall they've done
the mock-Fox & Friends thing.

Elisabeth's got tough skin in that sense, she's endured plenty in the past and they've done that sketch
before, so she may not have cared, but coming just 48 hours after this last
time makes me wonder if it's one of the factors or not. :TickTock

Kirsten Wiig used to do a great impersonation of her on the view and Elisabeth loved it. In the beginning i was reading a lot into it all but I think she's telling the truth. She wants to be with her kids before school

Why would she care about those sketches? Vanessa Bayer doesn't do an impression of her at all. She was parodied by Kristen Wiig much more harshly when she was on The View. And she didn't let that get to her.

Now,I'm sure the producers at F&F and Fox News aren't pleased with being portrayed as a fake news organization. But the only host who should be offended personally about those sketches is Kilmeade. lol

Some mistake was made in hiring her if she bolted so fast like a cub reporter. But it does seem to be for the kids which I get but don't totally understand because there are working women with kids. If the work shift got to Elisabeth I get that. I wasn't sold on her hiring even though I liked her. She pulled a Jane Skinner, Linda Vester and Brigitte Quinn move in only 2 years. I have no problems with her doing it honestly. But the show was unprepared to replace.

Maybe Anna will decline. And they might have to promote someone like Lea or hire outside the channel. Lea is about the only person just filling in and reporting who is not doing much. The exception being the women overnights but Patricia Stark was not hired to host just do part time newsreader. The other woman Jackie Ibanez should be looked at since she was anchorin
g at a station and was let go. She took whatever she could get at Fox News which was doing overnight news reading.

I just have mixed emotions. That is all. I noticed that since October the daily screen capturer quit posting her. And then someone said her dresses were longer so the interest in her abruptly ended. 8 years ago on The View she was much loved on this site. The third child was probably where her priorities changed. I can't recall when that was that he was born. But in 07 she had her first child. I only recall because the infamous argument with Rosie occurred with her pregnant.

I will say her being on The View attracted the attention of different people on this site for a variety of reasons than being on Fox and Friends. The main reason was The View is a one hour gabfest and Fox and Friends is three hours and earlier. The same situation occurred when Alisyn moved to CNN. Nobody cares about her now and is willing to put up with Cuomo for three long and boring hours.

I still wonder if any health issues might be a factor. Another idea might be wasn't into the grind of the job. I hope she can make it on one salary.

So far, Ainsley has a significant lead, 24 percent to 15 percent for Anna :Kool

I voted for Lea but Kimberly who is leading is a good choice. I also like Anna and Molly Line.

I think Ainsley has the inside track. But how long is her maternity leave? Could be a Jan. 1 launch. And she's an older first-time mother. I could see her coming back to work, then deciding a stay-at-home mom is what she'd rather be. So there's some risk there.

I don't think Anna's experienced enough. I don't think Kimberly has seemed all that comfortable when she's guest hosted. I suppose that would come with time, plus she's not afraid to express her opinions, similar to the previous F&F female hosts.

I wouldn't mind seeing Sandra Smith, Anna Kooiman, Heather Nauert, Heather Childers or Harris Faulkner taking over!! Any of them would be an asset while showing their assets!!

I wish Lis all the luck and happiness in the world for this bold move for family. If you saw her talking about it she is so sincere. That being said its days like this last two that will be sorely missed. Great legs, cleavage tease and super smile. :D :Thumb

Anna has more hours logged on the curvy couch between the weekend show and filling in countless times for Elisabeth, and even filling in for Gretchen. I seriously think if they don't give it to Anna, it will be a slap in the face to the hard work she's put in! especially in the last year!

They're probably gonna do the rotate thing till they decide. I'm all for Anna or Kimberly but other than that I really don't have a preference or anyone I would like that I think that would actually get it. Would really love for Lea to get it as well but I think she's in the longshot category but she's very personable and likeable and easy on the eyes.
