Maybe one of their designers is a big fan of Outnumbered. Can't blame the designers. Who came up with the name? Maybe that person thought the hamster looked like Harris. Who approved the name? Don't companies have a team of lawyers that are supposed to catch these types of things before the product goes to market? Seriously, how does this happen? |

Who ever designed and named the toy obviously wanted Harris to find out about it. They could have just went with her first name,and no one would have caught on. |

But on the other hand some other newsbabes may have reacted differently. Sadly for this guy Harris didnt like it & sued. But I could see some of this boards favs having a diff reaction of flattery. Remember there are a few that we know read these boards & love our attention so maybe the creator was hoping Harris fell into that category. ( a quick Hi to those ladies if they are reading this post   )Now as for the lawyers how did they not do due diligence & flag it? |
