Brooke: Quote: I’ve never shared this before but Fox News called me. Roger Ailes [president of Fox News], I owe you one. Join Fox, he said. CNN said, ‘Whoa! We invested two and a half years on you. Let’s make you a full-time correspondent.’ That could have been a major opportunity at Fox. But I stuck with CNN. I remember some of you guys suggesting Brooke should jump to Fox way back in 2009/2010, long before she replaced Rick Sanchez. Interesting to hear that it was almost true. It would've been interesting to see where the other dominoes would have fallen if Brooke had been signed to FNC. Who would be CNN's leading female personality?,Pure speculation on my part, but am I the only one that thinks Gretchen wouldn't have been given that afternoon time slot. When is Brooke's contract up? That hair seems to get blonder by the day! LOL |
