This is why I wouldn't use Youtube as a host for TV clips, especially NFL Network...

Yea don't recall him uploading any NFLN videos either. Sucks because he never reuploads his classic stuff. So that legendary video of Jade with her thighs spread a bit is gone. :Tantrum

Also the Golf Channel also had a problem with him.

I can't count how many times I've had my account disabled. Youtube has waaay too many restrictions.

Youtube sometimes it's a very strict place there.

What about ESPN, FS1, and MLB Network? Did they have a problem with him too?

And one thing, free J. Divola's Youtube account. Don't blame his account, blame Youtube aka the infamous No Fun League.

Yeah, they just recently started complaining about copyright violations. I got a strike from them last week for one of my Holly Sonders videos. And the NFL has been very aggressive with their complaints also. First it was the late night shows, now it's the sports news programs. What's next?

Maybe Fox News or something. It's the end of the world as we know it.

Fox News makes up 50% of my videos. If that happens, I'm toast on there. :jetserl

I'm sure the Fox News folks know all about sites like this and the abundance of videos on YouTube featuring their ladies
Just google the name of any one of them and plenty of video links come up
The ladies don't seem to mind and I don't think Fox does either
Plenty of free publicity for them ;)

I think fox business vids are more of a risk of copyright than regular FNC vids and depending if a certain type of licensed music is being used in the video.

Let's bring J. Divola's Youtube account back by protest the so-called copyright strikers.

Here's what I would wonder -- would the takedowns happen as often if you just not use
exact names in your title or keywords?

Example: You post a clip of Holly Sonders, but you don't call it "Holly Sonders - short skirt" or something like that.
And you don't place any mention of her or Golf Channel in anything.
You "code" the title somehow, like "HS GN -May 29"

And only share the link on whatever board you're on like here.

Wouldn't that be somewhat safer than just putting it all out there like a billboard that you've posted
something the copyright hounds will pick up right away?
If view counts are irrelevant to you, it's a no-brainer.

Just some thoughts. :shades

I think that it doesn't matter what you title your video. I sometimes get a warning that says "matches third party content". So they have "fingerprints" from networks who don't want clips of their shows uploaded. :?

Yes, I know the guy who posts full Red Eye shows cuts out those 30 second clips in the show because if not, the videos get taken down.
