It seems our forum has been sinking a bit lower into crudeness in the last few months with some people posting quite explicit comments about what they want to do to the ladies. Maybe I'm old-fashioned or just plain old but I think these thoughts are best left private particularly since some of said ladies or their friends could be reading what we post. I'm also reminded of one of the rules for the board
"--No posts about your sexual desires"

Sorry if I've offended anyone.

I'm new here but totally agree.
do we really need to read that someone is "jackable"?

We'll try to be more strict -- We can't read every post so if you want to report certain posts, it will get fixed.

Dealing with spammers has been a daily issue for me -- Spend atleast 2 hours a day removing posts and banning

That's one reason I never use the tongue smiley
I think it's disrespectful to the ladies

I don't have a problem with any of the smileys. I'd agree that the responses to posts should not be very sexually explicit about what you would do to the woman posted or she would do to you.

Such crudeness may be perverted, but I prefer it to bashing.

Oh, please I use those in all my replies. If you think I'm disrespecting the ladies then stop checking out my caps.

The emoticons are fine. But talking about h-jobs and stuff like that is a bit too much. That's what private chats are for. lol

So do you feel the drool smiley is disrespectful too? I notice you use it all the time. Or is just the tongue smiley you take issue with?

Seems a rather silly thing to get offended by if you ask me.

Everyone has a right to how they feel and what emotions they choose to use.

Just like we expect the ladies to be respected, we also expect all members to be respectful of other members.

Exactly.

I see it this way: The emoticons are there for a reason.
If you post on a thread, and you use :Tasty , , or :Tounge
Or you use a little double-entendre here and there, that pretty much tells us how much you like somebody.

If you then feel the need to provide TMI by sharing with us how low you've got your pants dropped,
then you're assuming we want or need to know that.
And I think it's safe to say - we don't.

Know when to keep it to yourself :Thumb
