just saw on netflix's you can stream the tv series, now the question is can you do screencaps from it?

You can always use something like Gadwin Print Screen http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen

It's pretty simple. Install it, run it, then go to the window you want to capture and press the Print Screen button on your keyboard.
