Lauren's final Today in New York is on December 3.

She's staying with News 4 to report on lifestyle/cultural stories.

Interesting move.

I am guessing they might have someone else to take over her spot, or there was an opening in the lifestyle/cultural area--because Lauren has done some features in the past (but I don't know how frequent because I don't live anywhere close to New York.)

She has done reports for New York Live before, so I'd assume she's going there.

She might be tired of getting up at 2AM every day at 39 years old. They had someone else doing the Today Show cut-in updates last week (Adele Caballero (?). Was probably a tryout in hindsight.
