If you're going to utilize one of your female talents in the studio (Example: Amber Theoharis on "Around the NFL") you DO NOT put her in the box!

The NFL networks execs are idiots. When it comes time to replace a female on a show, they don't hire in house. That's a reason why Michelle Beisner and Molly Qerim left for ESPN. I agree when Amber Theoharis got back from maternity leave she should have returned to Total Access.

Is Lindsay Rhodes still there? She went from Total Access to being bounced from show to show.

Yeah she back on Total Access after Amber's Maternity Leave started.

Since Nicole Zaloumis, Molly Qerim, Michelle Beisner, etc., have moved on, the title of "The LEGS of NFL Network" has been up for grabs between Amber Theoharis, Melissa Stark, Lindsay Rhodes, and Erin Coscarelli.

Both Amber Theoharis and Melissa Stark have the SEXIEST pair of LEGS in the state of Maryland!

That's a good question but it seems odd that Amber was transferred from Total Access to Around the NFL. Keep in mind the first time she was on leave from Total Access she did come back to the show. Nothing against Lindsay Rhoads I she her as well.

Update: I tweeted Amber about if she was total TA and she only host Mondays after the game.
