when downloading with media fire, it ask to open with dell image program. If I choose windows media to open with, it is still shown as a image file, but does not open at all.

I presume you click on the "Click Here to Start Download" at Mediafire. Instead of doing that, do a right click and select "Save Target As". That will allow you to download the file into a folder of your choice.

Don't do an "Open" if you want to save the file. It is always easier to save the file and then open it later. :Kool

Your bigger problem is that you have competing programs to do your work for you. You need to resolve that by only designating one program to open certain file types with certain programs. :Kool

Don't forget you'll need a DVD program like Nero to play a .ts file. The VLC player should work as well :Kool
