The shots of her walking from behind is not her but a body double. I know a guy who was on the set, this was shot by the B unit and they use body doubles.

Whenever you see nudes or body parts and they don't show the stars face in the same shot, it's usually a body double. They don't waste the star's time by doing cut away shots or shots from behind, etc.

My friend was really bummed as he wanted to be on the set with Kidman but he only got on the second unit.
