Alright, I'll cop to being an old goat right up front, so it'll be no big thing when I say I actually was taken to see
Seven Year Itch when it came out, even though I was a little kid (thanks, Pop). That scene of Marilyn's skirt blowing up made me realize a couple of things...somehow women were different, and however it was, I liked it. Don't get me wrong, little girls still had the cooties, but women were wonderful and I had a thing for older women right up until I was an older man (hah!). I also realized I was destined to be a leg man, and her legs were terrific.
I also knew I'd always have a thing for Marilyn Monroe. Thanks, winnter.
