I use the Replay Media Catcher. It is good DL'ing the flash files of not only HSN but SNBC and any other site that streams shows or clips as flash files as well. You will have to pay for that program. There are a couple of other free programs in the link you can try as well. :Kool

I would use Either Hypercam 2 which is free. I does have a watermark in the upper left hand corner. If you have Vista do not use it.

CamStudio is also good and it is free, but it is a pain in the a$$ sometimes.

I would try download.com
