Another ex host thinking they are going to set the world on fire.Then they realize there is not a big demand for a sale person in Hollywood. Then end up doing infomercials. |

Just because Patti isn't at QVC anymore doesn't necessarily mean that doing infomercials is considered a demotion. I don't know the in and outs of shopping channel hosting but I imagine the hosts are given a set quota per item just like the vendors. They surely have to sell a certain amount of each item per shift. |

Being a shopping channel host is not that much better than hosting an informercial. |

Look at the trend ,when they first leave,they are all over the internet talking about big things are coming.They write a book and posts pics of trips they are taking. Living the good life.Then the savings start to run out and you see less and less of them on the internet bragging. Then one night you can`t sleep. You are flipping the channels at 2 am and there is Patti or Lisa selling pillows or 60`s pop cd`s. |
