This belongs in in the tech support forum.
It sounds like a Real Player issue. Try saving the file and playing with a different player. |

| hmmmm...strange Are you sure the codecs didn't get deleted? Goto your device manager and under "sound, video and game controllers" see if the video codecs are still there. Also make sure you have "full processing mode" checked on Virtual Dub. Then check back for compression option. |

| One note on V-dub: Make sure you change the audio settings to "full processing." Afterwards pick your audio codec (mp3, ac3, etc.) It's default setting is uncompressed which makes HUGE files. |

That's strange. Are you using RS.com folder or RS.de? I know RS.com has seperate folder system.
That file looks like a HJ split part. You can play the partials with VLC player. |

Try with divx codec, and when you configure the codec choose "interlaced source." |

| What software are you using to convert? You usually use Xvid codec so check on the configuration screen to see if has a interlaced source option. I know divx does.
