| Do you adjust the brightness and contrast? To maintain the integrity of the original photo, that's basically it, adjust the contrast either higher or lower. hmmm..have you checked your Internet Explorer Ops?
Although it sounds like a firewall problem like one of those parental control issues perhaps. Check the security settings. Check the IE ops anyway.
Tools-Internet Options-Advanced menu...show pictures checked?
