"80s" is all we know, date-wise, from that Alisyn's FNF blog post, linked in my OP. It would have been the late 80s, obviously.

Now, just in case you are actually being serious... no, that's her Mom. Again, see her FNF blog post, linked above. Not to mention that the lady on the left looks too different from Alisyn, despite a certain family resemblance.
