Thanks for Ginger and Lara too!

It was American Idol Takeover Day as Amy Robach, Lara Spencer, and Ginger paired up with judges Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie, and Katy Perry.

Ginger and Katy went first, and they did quite well in the "Name That Judge's Jam" game. Each pair had to guess as many song titles in 45 seconds.

Even though I was unable to view both Amy and Lara's segments, the bottom line was...

Ginger and Katy won!!!

What was more interesting was seeing both ladies embrace each other in crazy ways, once when they finished their time in the game and again when Lara gave them the trophy.

Overall, it was a really fun 100 seconds of capping.

I only wish Katy Perry would dye her hair back to black and let it grow long.
In my opinion, blue eyed brunettes are much hotter than blue eyed blondes.
And she was a gorgeous brunette.

If I recall correctly, Katy changed her hair color prior to being named a judge on the revamped American Idol when the show moved from Fox to ABC.

I am glad you liked the pics, not easy this time around with the multiple arm and leg movements.
