Thanks Slash.

Gotta say I was initially excited about Julie Chang coming over to Good Day but now I'm having second thoughts.

She's always doing the ending "Fox Spotlight" interview in studio. Sometimes that's the only sitdown they'll do. So, if Jodi/Karen/Christina are in anything good we might not know it as a result.

And, what is up with them being behind the desk for almost the entire 2 hours. :evil:

I know what you mean, but the TMZ update ~6:55am is often on a stool and when Rick (and soon to be Greg Kelly full time) isn't doing it, its still been Jodi and Karen this week even with Julie around. At least Christina got to do it a couple times. Karen was out from behind the desk before I left today interviewing some political dude about Jesse Jackson, but that was minor compared to the past. They need to get Julie Chang out from behind more too damnit!

But the leggy moments are definitely dwindling. Anne was nice today, not leggy but cute, just too many kids around to be more enjoyable.

BTW, today's NY Daily News stated that FOX5 management liked how Karen Hepp and Reid Lamberty worked together during the midday show and might have her work weekdays a bit. :mrgreen:

That would be good for some, though I wouldn't be the happiest. Wonder whats up, will need patience for the next week or two I suppose.

Also, Greg Kelly will be joining GDNY full time starting next week. I had warmed up to Rick, but it did look like Jodi had good chemistry with Greg so it might be good...... but its a dude so who cares.

Has Christina been moved permanently to weekends?

I miss her in the AM - although Ines has looked really great the past few days

There's been no official word regarding Christina and her schedule.

i'm probably in the minority,but I'd rather have Karen on everyday instead of Jodi

Who's idea was it to hire Greg Kelly ?? from what i've seen of him he looks to have the personality of a wet mop. no charisma or anything.

I think Reid would have been a better choice. Corning was terrible and Kelly isn't much better.

Christina confirmed the schedule change last night.

"I was on the 5am shift for the past several months, but am now on the sweet sweet evening shift. ;-) It's a blast working with the night team and the weekend evening shows are really a pleasure. I get to see my friends & loved ones a lot more now!"

I'll have caps and video of her segment last night later when I upload everything.

Despite everything that was written here you know she'd prefer to be on in the mornings. It's a much higher profile gig which can help her either get a higher position here or on another channel.

I agree with you BPM.... stinks, but at least she is still going to be seen and a focal point of the weekend anchoring.

Hey bjb - I've given it some thought, but I think most of the viewers of this thread know that this is where I post all my Fox5 caps, and I'm going to start putting the CBS2 weekend caps here to. Maybe change this thread name to include all of my local NY caps, but again, this name is know.... I'll give it some more thought.
