We got the Google Ads back in business here. As usual, they are inobtrusive to your viewing of the forum. To be forewarned, the ads are showing up in more places than at the old forum. That is actually good news since it gets us more $$ for continuous support of WWoW. Bad news... I think most of you may have realized that external links won't open in a new window. That is not our fault. It is built into this version of phpBB. There is coding we can do that we will look into. In the meantime, either hit "back" on your browser or open the link in a new window. We'll let you know if we fix this. Thanks for your patience with us! |

Mac users surfing with Safari... you can hold Command and click on a link to open that link in a new tab. You can also hold both Command and Option to open the link in a new window (behind the current one). Further, you can Control-click a link for a myriad of options, including opening the link in a new window or tab. |

Hey guys! You posted in the wrong forum and realized it after the fact? You made a post that should be deleted? Report yourself and a Mod will be glad to move the post to the correct forum or delete it. This is easier than changing your post header and hoping a Mod will find it. Make sure you write a legit reason in the report so you won't get charged for a bad report. |

Cobra wrote: How come the unread posts still show up in yellow and don't clear after every visit like the other board Do i have to mark them read everytime i leave? You are right about the difference. It is all part of the forum version that we have no control over. If you don't intend on reading every new post, then click on "Mark topics read" at the top of the page after you view the posts you want to. Nothing I can do about this for the moment (I think). |

Never noticed that until now. I actually like it. There's been times where my browser's crashed on me while surfing the forum, and everything's been "erased" once I come back. Now I won't have to figure out what posts and forums I have yet to check out anymore! Because I'm getting old, you know... |

I like the non read topics not getting erased either. With the old board style, if I checked in at work or at home then had to leave for while, the non read topics would be gone. I missed a lot of stuff, but with this way I can see everything I haven't actually looked at. |

Cobra wrote: I miss not seeing who's browsing the forums Will it be back later It's at the bottom with subsilver. Also the new board is much more accurate with who is actually in the forum at that exact moment. |
