Post subject:	WWoW Board 10th Anniversary
A few weeks late, but still worth noting: The board reached the decade mark on August 4th, at 9:46pm . (Based on when the first member signed in) It was "widew00" : memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=2 He hasn't been on since 2009. IceMan, Rocky, Pool and Malone signed in that same night, and of course remain active. Is it correct too that there was another version of WWoW that pre-dated this one? So my only question is this: When and where is the big blowout party we should be having? HAPPY 10th ANNIVERSARY WideWorldofWomen And many more !!! .

Congratulations on 10 years!!! But I thought it would be more. I'm sure I had this site bookmarked (under a different user name) when I moved here in 2001. Doesn't matter though.....it's a great site.

That's what I was saying in my post up top -- that I think there had been an earlier version of this for a short time -- maybe .com ? Hopefully one of the founding mods can clear that up. .

IIRC there was an earlier version but it wasn't called WWofW Can't remember the name Anyway, happy 10th anniversary!!! Thanks to the mods and administrators, the cappers and the members and, most importantly, THE LADIES!!!

It all started on EZBoard. BeautifulWomensForum was closed and evolved into WideWorldofWomen on EZBoard which eventually left there and we got our own server here. 10 years is an eternity but we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the cappers that posted all those years.

The current location of this site did start in August 2004, but the site actually started at the defunct Ezboards, now Yuku, in February 2003. And it was an out growth of another site that began in 1999 which also had on the side a yahoo group. When the then owner abandoned the site then Wideworldofwomen was created to replace. Also for a month in August 2004, this site had two locations because the Ezboard location was not yet closed, but by September most people had abandoned the site. Eventually the original location had a link to come here and then it got closed. There also was two sister sites. BPM, an ex-poster, then Thachairman, another user, ran for a total of 6 years a yahoo group that ended in 2009. Then there was a site Babewatch that was invite only that was closed down around 2008. A semi-related site called Reporter Caps and now named Tv News Caps, began in 2006, but it has moved around various locations because it kept getting closed by different hosts or having issues as it is free while this site pays for a host. Malone, a former mod and user here, Sparty and HSF among others have used TV News Caps over its various years in existence. I think there is or has been a spin off site from Tv News Caps by some people who either had issues with the site or wanted their own place, But I quit following those guys so I don't know about that. Unfortunately because of all the issues with Tv News Caps, they lost a lot of users and some of them followed over to a place those guys created. I just don't know if it is around or even worth the mention. I forgot the name of the guys. One might have been Gambit. Ah I recalled the name of one guy who was involved with the guys who did a TV News Caps spinoff site and he used to come here too. It was BLM. Anyways happy 10 and 11 years to Wideworldofwomen.

When you get on board go speak to the Maire D. It is clearly stated that in the V1 and V 2 cabins you cant pre make your reservations until you board. I am sure you will have a lovely anniversary dinner on-board The Star.
