http://www.multichannel.com/news/fcc/fcc-sets-july-11-meeting-lineup/375701 The FCC is about to rule on whether or not video clips must contain closed captioning for the hearing-impaired. I guess my entire youtube channel is now in jeopardy. I've been working on adding scratch-and-sniff to all my videos -- and now they throw me this curve! You just can't win! |
