 Post subject: Caps seem distorted

Not sure where to put this topic so Ill try here.

Ive noticed with screencaps on many forums that they seem distorted. I cant really put a finger on exactly whats out of whack, but they dont seem right. Anyone else noticed this or is it my PC thats using some dodgy res settings or something(Im not very tech savvy)
