37-8. That is the literal difference between the San Francisco 49ers and the Green Bay Packers. Some will say there are more differences, but that is the only one. Both teams finished 13-3, both teams won their divisions, and both teams got byes in the NFC. However, it seems like the Green Bay Packers haven't been treated like a 13-3 team. Yes, our wins have been closer than they should have been. Yes, we've won ugly. But the main thing is, we've won 13 games. And a lot of them have been team efforts, meaning that Aaron Rodgers hasn't had to do it all. Sunday was a good example; the combination of Rodgers, Jones, Adams, a little bit of Jimmy Graham and key defensive plays resulted in the Packers' fourth NFC Championship appearance with Rodgers as QB.

The 49ers finished 13-3, but they had a rocky December that saw them lose late to Baltimore and Atlanta, but survive games against New Orleans and (more importantly) Seattle. The Niners definitely have a lethal combination; Jimmy Garoppolo at QB, three RBs in Matt Breida, Tevin Coleman, and Raheem Mostert, key receivers in Deebo Samuel and Emmanuel Sanders, and of course, George Kittle. What can I say about Kittle that hasn't been said over and over about him? They also boast a lethal defense that is capable of giving up little, but does enough when it counts.

Trivia: This is the first playoff meeting between the Packers and Niners since 2013. All four of Rodgers' NFC Championship appearances have been on the road--including the 2010 win. This is also a prestigious matchup; the Packers are looking for our sixth Super Bowl appearance, while the Niners are looking to reach for the seventh time. Niners have the edge on defense and TE. RB and WRs, even. But the main edge--QB--goes to the Packers. Rodgers has been there, he has the experience. Sometimes that's enough, sometimes it isn't, but if there's anyone who could pull off a road upset (if you want to call it that) in January, it's the man wearing 12 in Green, Gold, and White.

Prediction: Packers by six

49ers 37, Packers 20

Niners dominate Packers to reach the Super Bowl for the seventh time in franchise history.

I guess Jimmy G didn't have to worry about his haters if the ground game was flowing like it was yesterday. The rest of the haters found out that their regular season matchup wasn't a fluke.

This is going to be one hell of a Super Bowl! :Kool

Your knowledge of football and eloquent presentation is very interesting and enjoyable to read.

From someone who has lived in Green Bay for almost 75 years I only have gut feelings.

1.Green Bay doesn't deserve the 13-3
2 Rogers is getting old and "aint that good" ( 2 interception and a fumble )

Since last year, the only football I watch is THE PACKERS so this loss although disappointing does have a silver lining.
